The trip was off to an interesting start when 3 days before we left Daddy took me to the skate park and (while showing off his tricks) ripped his calf muscle rendering him lame.
Mummy was not impressed but quickly reorganised our itinerary to bring the bus and ferry tours to the first few days so we could see the town without straining Daddy's poor old muscles too much.
We toured Downtown on the first full day in NYC and did Liberty Island. I liked having the audio tour and enjoyed the two ice blocks I scored at the beginning and end of our trip. We finished the day with a bus tour of Brooklyn. Mummy told me to touch the butt of the Wall St Bull for good luck but there were too many people crowded around so I ducked underneath and rubbed it's balls instead!
On day two we did a bus tour of Uptown and the Bronx and ferry trip. I took so many pictures on Mummy's camera that the battery ran out.

For Mummy's Birthday we had cake for breakfast (cheesecake for Mummy and Daddy, chocolate for me) and visited NY Public Library before seeing my first Broadway show - Matilda. I liked finding all the words in the set before the show started but thought the show ran a little long. When we left it was pouring rain and we got soaking wet
Our last fully day together was Saturday, Mummy and Daddy dragged me through the Brooklyn and Chelsea Flea Market and paid me off with shaved ice and a new dinosaur.
My favourite thing was all the TVs in Times Square.
I was happy every time we went through the area - but Puerto Rico is still my favourite trip ever.
